Visitation Agreement

While we want your time with the spirits to be what you need it to be, we also want to outline an agreement that will be upheld for each spirit visit scheduled.

Visits are a good way to determine compatibility with a potential conjure from Evening Star Spirits. During your visit, you can spend time with the spirit and get to know them. This time is for you, and them, to decide if you would like to move forward with the process of adoption.

Visits are a semi-professional meeting to see if you might be a potential match with the conjure; due to this, normal common courtesy applies. After the visit, please let us know if you feel like they are a match, and you would like to be added for their consideration.

Some ideas for activities during your visit include asking any prevalent questions, doing divination with them, asking to feel their energy, noting down any experiences with them to help you decide whether you would like to continue the process. This visit is yours to do with as you need. Please let us know if you have any specific questions.

To schedule a visit, please either email us at contact@eveningstarspirits.com or head to our discord to open a ticket. Visits are easier to schedule through the discord, so please try and reach out there first. If you choose to schedule through email, we will send a short questionnaire to be filled out before scheduling the visit.

Below are our rules and agreements that will be upheld with each visit.

Visits in General

Conjures and custom conjures will not be visiting while they are in vetting, as we are serious about the safety of our clients. There will be no unsolicited visits, or visits without our knowledge and the permission of us, as well as your permission, and knowledge.

During the adoption process, the spirit may not stay permanently with you until you have paid their service price and received their portfolio. The sending of their name, and Portfolio, is the indication that they can stay permanently.

We will not give feedback on visits. If you wish to know how it went, please discuss this with the spirit while they are there. The spirits are not allowed to confirm who they will pick during their visits.

We will notify you, and get consent, before sending any conjures for a visit. Please be available during the visit and schedule them during a time you can be in contact with us, and us with you.

During the Visit

Visits can be scheduled for up to four hours to give you time to see if they would make a good fit for you and your family. Please let us know how long you would like your visit to last.

If you would like to end the visit early, just ask the spirit to leave and notify us they have left early.

The spirit is able to end the visit early, just as you are able to end the visit early. If they let you know they wish to leave, please let us know.

Be respectful of the spirit's personal space and time.

There will be absolutely no sexual relations during visits. This is a semi-professional meeting, please treat it as such.

Visits While Paying Invoices

While paying for service invoices, you may schedule a visit with your companion twice a week. To schedule a visit, just reach out to us on Discord and we can get a visit set up. Visits made during this process can only be made on the Discord. Please join if you wish to take advantage of this.

An initial payment must be made to have access to visits.

Visits will be 4 hours long unless requested otherwise. Concessions will be at the discretion of the conjurers.
Visits will be allowed as long as the payment plan that was agreed upon is being followed, or there is communication. We reserve the right to halt visits until a payment has been made. This will be at our discretion.

All visits must be made at least 24 hours in advance to give us, and the spirits, time to plan and check in accordingly. Please request visits in CST.

All visit rules are still to be respected until the spirit has gone home permanently.
