All services must be paid upfront before we will complete the service.

We price based on the difficulty of vetting, the price of the focus, and extra items chosen by your companion. They choose their focus based on a variety of factors, and due to this we cannot exchange them, as the spirit chooses them for a specific reason. The focus itself is a way for them to call their companion, and is a message to their potential match. We will not exchange their focus, but we can help direct them to connect to an additional focus as needed.

We are willing to do payment plans for our services. Our payment plans consist of a PayPal invoice that you can pay off in your own time. During your payment plan, we will allow two scheduled visits per week of one hour each. To be eligible for visits with a companion who has chosen you, you must be in our Discord server so that we may set them up for you.

Please communicate with us on any struggles with paying. We will reach out as needed on payment deadlines.  Please communicate with us when there will be gaps.

We reserve the right to determine how many payment plans to allow our customers. After a certain point, visits will be blocked until payments are received. Please communicate with us if you are unsure if you are able to add additional payment plans.

Due to the nature of PayPal chargebacks, we will ban, block, and deny service to anyone who files a chargeback against us or other shops we are connected to. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Our prices cover vetting, conjuring items, focuses, items sent with the conjures, and time and energy spent and as such we are not able to issue refunds.
